The oil will retain its integrity through most common processing conditions used in the food and beverage industries.
life'sDHA™ powder may be the best solution when using a direct extrusion process. Microencapsulation provides many benefits including protection from oxygen and secondary processing, uniform distribution in food products, convenience of addition and minimal ingredient interactions.
